Fully working preliminary model of MBR

Based on the design specifications a prototype of the microbioreactor for mammalian cells was build. The system can be run with newly designed microtiter plates, allowing for many parallel cultivations.  Every well can be gassed individually while online measurements including pH, DO, scattered light and fluorescence are undertaken online.
